These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Sofa (“the App”).
 By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Sofa provides AI-generated scenarios, step-by-step plans, and idea development assistance.
 The content generated by the App is for informational and educational purposes only and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• misuse the App or its AI features

• generate harmful, illegal, or prohibited content

• attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App

• circumvent subscription or payment mechanisms

You must comply with all applicable laws in your region.

3. Subscription and Payments

The App offers premium access through auto-renewable subscriptions.
 By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Apple’s App Store Billing terms

• automatic renewal unless turned off at least 24 hours before renewal

• being charged through your Apple ID account

Free trials may be available; unused portions expire after activation.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be:

• inaccurate

• incomplete

• outdated

• not personalized enough

The App is not responsible for any decisions or consequences resulting from AI output.

You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its developers are not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you:

The App, brand name "Sofa", UI elements, and all generated layouts are the property of the developer.
 You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates:

• OpenAI API

• Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics & Authentication

• Adapty subscription services

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction.
